Summer School Faculty Prof. Andrew Parnell
Andrew Parnell is an applied Bayesian statistician who enjoys working with a wide variety of scientists at the cutting edge of their fields. His main statistical interests are stochastic processes. He is particularly interested in Gaussian processes with non-stationary autocovariance, compositional data analysis and monotonic processes. Andrew Parnell has applied such models to a variety of environmental and ecological science problems relating to: spatio-temporal climate reconstruction, stable isotope analysis, sea-level change and radiocarbon dating. |
