How to reach Belpasso from Catania Fontanarossa Airport
Catania’s Fontanarossa airport is located only 10 minutes from Catania city centerand is well connected by city transport. AMT Alibus Service leaves from the airport to Catania Railway Station every 20 minutes. From Catania Railway Station, it is possible to reach Belpasso by using public bus (AST company). The AST bus station is located in the square in front of Catania Railway Station. Anyway, a shuttle service will be organized to allow the participants in Belpasso International Summer School to reach the venue directly from the airoport. It takes 40 minutes to reach Belpasso from Catania.

From the airport to Belpasso the prices of other taxi companies could be higher.

The organisaztion will try to arrange a shuttle service to allow participants to reach Belpasso from the Airport directly. In order to organize it, participants have to communicate to the Secretariat date and time of their arrival in Catania airport.
The shuttle service will cost 10€ for a one way ticket.

From Catania Railway Station, it is possible to reach Belpasso by using public bus - AST, AZIENDA SICILINA TRASPORTI - and the travel takes 40 minutes. The line is:
AST Autolinea 451/602 CATANIA-MASCALUCIA-NICOLOSI-BELPASSO-MASCALUCIA-CATANIA.
The AST bus station is located in the square in front of Catania Railway Station.
The one way ticket price is around 3€.
Please take note that the trips of AST company are very limited on Sunday.
